Prof. Tua Björklund is one of the founders of and appointed as a Professor of Practice at the Design Factory, a multidisciplinary experimentation platform in Aalto University and 34 institutions abroad. Currently she manages three research projects investigating innovation efforts and design thinking, strategic change and opportunity creation in companies. Her own research focuses on design and development expertise, learning, and idea advancement.
Tua Björklund has a comprehensive, human-centered view on what innovation efforts need in order to succeed in organizations. She is also experienced in supervising design thinking development initiatives for companies in practice.

Markus has been working with public cloud services for many years. Mainly he has focused on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Last couple of years his projects have been more security related (Microsoft 365 Security and Azure Security). Before the time of public cloud Markus worked with enterprise and solution architectures for named customers and as a specialist in server and end device management. His career has also included several service and concept development projects related to technology and processes. Markus also has experience as a trainer in many technologies and presented several sessions in public and private webinars and seminars.
