To ensure your equipment is available for use and issues are handled with urgency, our Onsite Support service offers an onsite break and fix support from troubleshooting a problem through to a hardware swap. Our experts will take care of the installation and deinstallation of any required hardware. Regularly conducted preventative maintenance programs ensure your equipment is fault free, functioning and appropriately maintained onsite. Alternatively, we can offer immediately available onsite assistance through permanent inhouse resourcing.
For out of warranty replacements or for same day replacement, we are able to offer pre-purchased spare stock located in your premises for a faster replacement service or spare stock as a service hosted in our warehouse, meaning you don’t have to manage an inventory or be involved in warehousing activities.
